Reigate Heath Golf Club is situated to the west of Reigate Town on an area of typical Surrey heathland, gorse, pine, and birch as well as several varieties of heather. It is a particular favourite of BBC golf commentator, Peter Alliss, who called it a 'little gem'.
Established in 1895, the course plays nine holes and mostly follows the original layout. It was lengthened in the 1970s and now measures 5,658 yards over 18 holes. Although short by modern standards, Reigate Heath, a private members club and one of the great surprises of Surrey golf, remains an exacting test of your skills.
