Golf Tips: Perfect 50-yard pitch shot


You’re 50 yards from the pin with a good lie and a great chance to make birdie – so what you do from here on in is crucial.

Here, PGA professional at Paisley Golf Club, Andy Carlton, demonstrates how to approach a pitch shot from around 50 yards, highlighting the importance of having the correct balance of weight to deliver a descending blow into the ball.
