Golf Tips: The sponge drill

We’re always striving for that bit of extra distance off the tee, and here’s a simple way of how you can add a few yards.

The best in the game drive the ball as far as they do because they transfer their weight so efficiently and effectively. With a wee sponge placed under your left foot (if you’re right handed), PGA professional Gavin Abson explains how you can do the same.
