Donald Steel designed the marvellous parkland course at Bushey Hall and Country Club, situated not far from the quaint little town of Bushey. It has only nine-holes but, for those who prefer to play an eighteen-hole round, there are alternate tees so that you can enjoy a full round, for which the course will sprawl over 6120 yards of undulating, picturesque countryside.
There are numerous hazards that you will have to skilfully negotiate if you are to score well here - narrow fairways, greens that are well guarded by some strategically placed bunkers and much more besides. Good knowledge of your clubs and sound course management will stand you in good stead.
