TOUR star Lee Westwood is backing the 2015 National Golf Club Challenge amateur charity event, which will again unite hundreds of golf clubs in the UK to compete against each other in support of Help for Heroes.
Westwood has been a oatron to the National Golf Club Challenge from its inception in 2010, giving his time and influence on a number of occasions to help raise the profile of the popular national charity golf competition.
“I’m proud to be patron to the National Golf Club Challenge,” said the Ryder Cup star. “It’s the best way I can think of to bring the Great British golfing community together to raise funds for such a worthy cause. Our Armed Forces are real British Heroes and do a great job and deserve our help and support.”
