Anna Darnell, director of golf at The Grove, said: “The Grove is the only golf venue in the UK to have been selected to host a World Golf Championship event and every day the golf team here strives to make all our guests feel like they are the world’s number one golfer, playing a tournament-conditioned course and being treated to world-class hospitality and customer service.
“The Grove is a club without members, so we ensure all our guests, whether they are here for a fun round with friends, playing in one of our open amateur competitions, a corporate outing or pro-am events, enjoy a memorable day out.”
Darnell added: “The results of the customer feedback survey suggest we are succeeding in this, which is why we welcome back guests time and again.”
