Black Mountain will benefit from European Tour Properties expertise and support this year
Black Mountain Golf Club has been named as the tenth European Tour Destination after its successful hosting of the True Thailand Classic in February this year.
The announcement means the Hua-Hin resort joins an elite list of courses that benefit from European Tour Properties’ focused, year-long sales, marketing and operational support.
Australian Andrew Dodt won the inaugural edition of the event as Black Mountain Golf Club’s Phil Ryan-designed par-72 layout earned rave reviews alongside its high-quality greens.
A range of world-class facilities complement the course, including a modern clubhouse, a five-star spa, a superb restaurant and a spectacular par-3 course that features water on every hole.
HaraldElisson, managing director of Black Mountain Golf Club, described it as an ‘honour’ to join the portfolio.
He added: “Black Mountain’s profile as a world-class golf destination has been considerably enhanced and we look forward to working with European Tour Properties to become even better known.”
