CRANE VALLEY GOLF CLUB, one of the leading clubs in Dorset, has been recognised as having the best Retail Team in the UK at the 59club UK Awards.
The award focussed on the whole experience of the club for guests who were visiting, from the moment they booked to them leaving the golf club.
Crane Valley is part of Hoburne Golf, who operate three golf clubs in the Dorset area. Hoburne assists the clubs with their hospitality offerings, and clearly this has had an impact on the club picking up the prize.
Commenting after the award win, Hoburne’s Head of Golf, James Slade said: “I am delighted that the retail team at Crane Valley have won this award. In the last three years, the club has invested heavily in its overall visitor experience, and from the sheer hard work and determination of everyone at the club, we have seen an increase in membership.”
