A GROUP OF four celebrity golfers will get the chance to play in the BMW PGA Championship pro-am at Wentworth through the Slingsby Golf Academy.
The group consists of Judy Murray, Dr Zoe Williams, Zara Tindall and Anna Woolhouse.
The scheme is backed by England Golf, the PGA and Callaway Europe and will see them guided through the game by LET player Inci Mehmet, and golf enthusiast Anton Du Beke. Last year, over a million people tuned into the show, and it inspired many of them to take up the game.
Jeremy Tomlinson, CEO of England Golf, said: “We’re delighted to support the new group of Slingsby cadets as they embark on their exciting golfing journey.
“I have no doubt all the cadets will very quickly develop a passion for the game.”
