Callaway X2 Hot family unveiled

Callaway X2 Hot

Callaway proclaimed that their advanced technologies “create unprecedented levels of power and performance” as they launched their new X2 Hot family of clubs that includes the driver, fairway woods, hybrids and irons.

Featuring both X2 Hot and X2 Hot Pro versions, Callaway‘s R&D department has harnessed everything that was good about their predecessors in the X Hot range and created this family of clubs that take performance to a new level.

Callaway say the driver is their “fastest, thinnest and lightest all titanium driver ever” and it boasts a 10% larger sweet spot to give you longer and more consistent distance. It also features the brand’s Advanced Adjustable Hosel technology that allows you to increase or decrease loft and change the direction bias to draw or neutral. In testing it performed nine-yards longer than the X Hot driver.

Backing up the impressive driver, they have the X2 Hot fairway woods that have a faster face and improved internal weighting to make them an average of seven yards longer.

The Forged Cup Face technology headlines the X2 Hot and creates added distance by boosting ball speeds across the face with the tour-inspired shape aiding with accuracy.

When it comes to the irons, Callaway has raised the bar in terms of performance compared to the previous X Hot models and say the X2 Hot irons offer more across the board – more forgiveness, more ball speed and more distance.

Perimeter weighting increases the sweet spot, making them easy to hit, and the massive undercut channel increases the rate at which the face flexes and rebounds for increased ball speed and distance.

Callaway X2 Hot availability
