Described as giving ‘superior walking comfort right out of the box’, the Cage EVO design features ECCO’s Direct-injection Process (DiP) wrap system. Most visible on the heel, it runs around the heel through the midsole and across the toe. Its purpose is to keep your heel ‘locked in’ to the shoe, giving you more stability through your swing.
The outsole has been created to move in unison with the foot’s essential ligaments and muscles. This will make the shoe more comfortable and more flexible while wearing it on the golf course.

An integrated TPU shank, meanwhile, matches the natural shape of the foot to give high levels of comfort and fit, while a removable inlay sole offers extra width for those who need it.
ECCO’s proprietary HYDROMAX treatment, meanwhile, makes them extremely water repellent, which is always a plus when you play in wet weather.
Michael Waack, head of global golf at ECCO, said: “With the original ECCO Cage having been so well received internationally, we’re extremely excited about the introduction of this lightweight and eye-catching addition to our cleated family.”
