• New PowaKaddy Touch trolley introduced.
• The design builds is most intuitive trolley yet.
• Simply start walking and the trolley will adjust to your speed.
The Touch and Go Technology is the main driver behind the intelligent design of the PowaKaddy Touch. All you need to do is rest your hand on the grip and start walking for the trolley to begin moving and match your speed. To make the trolley stop, just place your hand on the grip and stop walking.
The new Kinetic LED Power Display turns green when the PowaKaddy Touch is moving and then goes red once it has stopped. The red activator button underneath the handle gives a discreet way to switch the trolley on and off.
It’s as easy as that, and when you combine that with great style, you get a great looking and very functional golf trolley.
Appearance-wise, the PowaKaddy Touch has received a sporty upgrade compared to the brand’s previous models, boasting new 11-inch quick-release low-profile wheels with yellow trim.
The design is compatible with the brand’s Plug’n’Play Lithium batteries, which don’t require any messing about. Simply turn them on, drop them into the tray and off you go.
If you opt for the 18-hole option with your Touch trolley you’ll benefit from the thinnest battery on the market. Meanwhile, updated lithium technology in PowaKaddy’s Lithium offering means it gives 20% more staying power than before.
On top of all that, the PowaKaddy Touch comes with a built in USB charging port for powering smartphones, while Powakaddy bungee straps with anti-pinch handles keep your bag in place.
“The Touch takes trolley technology onto a whole new level and provides golfers with one of the easiest control functions I’ve ever seen,” said Andy Thompson, PowaKaddy’s R&D manager. “Golfers of all ages and abilities will love how simple and intuitive the Touch is – it simplifies controlling the trolley’s speed and allows them to concentrate full on their game.
“It’s an extremely intelligent technology and a significant amount of work has been undertaken by our R&D team to make sure it performs seamlessly across all sorts of terrain. That’s important – you can have a lot of innovation and exciting features, but the trolley needs to perform perfectly.”
