The tour-validated line-up offers the perfect blend of performance and craftsmanship and comprises of two blade – Daytona and Indy – and two mallet styles – Maranello and Monte Carlo – designed to deliver the sound and feel that the game’s best players look for.
“These putters have been meticulously engineered to deliver golfers the sound, feel and performance sought by the best players in the world.”- Clay Long, TaylorMade‘s director of putter product creation
Boasting a new matte black finish, the Ghost Tour Black series also features a deep-milled 6061 aluminium insert that TaylorMade says gives a crisp, clean feel off the putter face for a smooth, accurate roll.
The rough surface of the deep-milled insert softens the sound at impact, giving more audible feedback that is preferred by better players. It differs from the polymer used in the original Ghost Tour line by providing a wider variance in sound off the clubface, allowing players to more accurately determine how well they’ve struck a putt.
“With Ghost Tour Black, we’ve taken tour-proven, classic designs and updated them with an all-new milled aluminium insert to give golfers precise auditory feedback,” said Clay Long, TaylorMade’s director of putter product creation. “These putters have been meticulously engineered to deliver golfers the sound, feel and performance sought by the best players in the world.”
The Ghost Tour Black Series putters are available in 33”, 34” and 35” lengths with an RRP of £139. For more information, visit taylormadegolf.co.uk
