Woodsome Hall Golf Club

Woodsome Hall has the proud distinction of having been designed by legendary golf course architect James Braid, whose talent brought us some of the finest courses in the world today. He lent his Midas touch to this course in the early part of the twentieth century, and it consequently opened in 1922. It is truly exceptional piece of work, with some long par-5s, testing par-3s, very narrow fairways and well-manicured greens for golfers to negotiate.

It measures just over 5807 yards over eighteen holes, but given that the par is 70, it is no walk in the park, with plenty to keep you on your toes throughout. Accuracy, concentration and patience are the key to scoring well.
