The undulating tree-lined course at West Bowling Golf Club has sat on the outskirts of Bradford since 1898, and really is a must-play course for any discerning golfer, no matter how experienced they are or how low their handicap is. Players of all abilities will be given a fair test of their skills, in spite of the fact that the course is relatively short by today's standards, measuring only 5163 yards from the tee on the first to the pin on the eighteenth.
The signature hole is a little gem that has caught out plenty of experienced players and is appropriately named "The Coffin". It is very short, very narrow, and anything less than accurate shooting will get punished. GREEN FEE KEY: £1-£15=£ £16-£30 = ££ £31-£50 = £££ £50+ =££££ |
