Easily found just off the M62, Thornhurst Golf Club near Doncaster is found in the wonderful Owston Wood, a fantastic setting for a round of golf. It is a marvellous parkland course and encompasses many hazards which add character, personality and difficulty to the course. Some of the greens are particularly well-guarded and water comes into play on a handful of the holes, so be sure to shoot accurately and confidently because stray shots will most likely be punished.

The par of 72 is a good indication that this eighteen-hole course will challenge your every shot, and, if you feel up to the test, it is very good-value to play - a round during the week will cost you only £10, and £13 at the weekend.
