Scarborough South Cliff is located just a mile south of the seaside town of Scarborough on the Yorkshire coast and, as such, has a links style feel to it. It spans 6039 yards over eighteen immensely challenging holes for which it offers a par of 70. Many people comment on the excellent design of the course which was thought up by esteemed golf course architect Dr. Alistair Mackenzie at the beginning of the twentieth century. Indeed, the course has existed here for over one hundred years, and, in actual fact, celebrated its centenary year in 2003.
Visitors are always made welcome and, inside the fantastic clubhouse, there is full catering facilities so you can enjoy a meal after your round. GREEN FEE KEY: £1-£15=£ £16-£30 = ££ £31-£50 = £££ £50+ =££££ |
