Oulton Park Golf Club

Another of the De Vere Hotel championship-standard golf clubs, Oulton Park is a beautiful, undulating parkland course in the heart of Yorkshire that is simultaneously picturesque and challenging. Built by Dave Thomas, the course is notorious for the number of bunkers that are littered all over it, providing golfers with a demanding, hazard-filled round.

Whilst on the course it is important to obey the dress code that is enforced by the club; jeans, t-shirts and trainers are absolutely not allowed. And at £9.90 during weekdays and £14 at weekends, leaving the casual gear at home is well worth it given the affordability and pleasure of playing the course.

The practice facilities are also excellent for those looking to improve the weaker parts of their game.
