Designed by Martin Hawtree & Son, Malton and Norton Golf Club first opened its doors to golfers in 1910 and, ever since, has been a popular venue for fans of the game in Yorkshire. It is a considerable 27-hole course that is arranged in three loops of nine, and so, for those who prefer to play an eighteen-hole round, there are three possible combinations of courses to enjoy. Surely, therefore, there is something to satisfy everyone here. The course further benefits from superb panoramic views of the moors, located as it is just outside of the popular tourist town of York. At £27 for a round during the week, it offers fantastic golfing fun at an affordable price.
