The course terrain at the Halifax West End Golf Club is relatively open, but numerous natural hazards, lakes, and small well-bunkered greens make West End GC a challenge for golfers of any skill level.

The course measures a healthy 5,950 yards with a par of 69 and the parkland course is approximately two miles from Halifax, where plenty of accommodation is provide for visiting golfers.

Numerous improvements have been made to the course in recent years, including the construction of fairway bunkers, paths and improved drainage. Other projects include the renovation of many green side bunkers and tree planting.

There is a requirement to book in advance.
