Fulford moved to the current site in 1935 and was ceated by james Braid and Major Charles McKenzie. Host to 23 European Tour Evenets and the Ladies Britich Open Fulford has a rich tradition of championship golf, and is famously remembered for the course where Bernhard Langer climbed a tree on the 17th holes inthe benson and Hedges Tournament and played a shot to the green.
