Fardew Golf Club

Fardew Golf Club was built in 1992 and has been a roaring success ever since. Visitors can relax in the beautiful wooded surroundings alongside the picturesque inland waterway, not far from the city, and enjoy a few holes.

Fardew golf course was the first new course to be built in Airedale for almost 100 years. Constructed to the very latest design parameters, it has greens and tees designed to withstand the rigours of continuous use even throughout winter. Ten thousand trees have been planted, and with the existing mature ones with their blossoms and fruit make Fardew a home for a diverse collection of flora and fauna. The course is suitable for all standards of golfer - even the absolute rookie.
