Founded back in 1906, Clayton Golf Club is a nine-hole moorland course within the city of Bradford and within walking distance of Clayton village and Clayton Heights. The local tourism attractions often pull many visitors who are keen to play the course and then learn more about the local heritage and history. The village of Clayton, incidentally, is a great place to set-up camp and is very welcoming to groups of visiting golfers.
The total length of the course is 5,407-yards while the par is 68. Don't let that fool you - this course can be tricky at times and, although short, it can be rather tricky in windy conditions. Known for its good greens. GREEN FEE KEY: £1-£15=£ £16-£30 = ££ £31-£50 = £££ £50+ =££££ |
