Having just recently celebrated its tenth birthday, Bromsgrove golf club belies its age with the fine reputation and course standards it has built up since its opening in 1993. It has a par of 68 which is reasonably generous given that, at 5880 yards in length, the course is by no means the largest in the area. The gently undulating woodland and vast number of hazards make the course a challenge for all levels of golfer, without it being intimidating.
The sixteenth hole is one of the most notoriously difficult par 3s around, as it requires a long, accurate, confident shot over a large stretch of water in order to hit the sloping green. GREEN FEE KEY: £1-£15=£ £16-£30 = ££ £31-£50 = £££ £50+ =££££ |
