Situated six miles south of Guildford in Surrey, Milford is a delightful setting for a round of golf, whatever your handicap.
Much of the course design is based on the naturally outstanding landscape which includes three distinct areas of woodland, lakes and meadows. It is aesthetically beautiful yet it's not all about presentation. Milford's tees and greens are constructed to USGA specifications and the fairways benefit from the naturally sandy soil. That, itself, brings a golf course that is one of the most demanding in the area.
It is not the longest golf course in the world and the rough isn't as think as some neighbouring courses - but you'll have to possess good imagination round the greens if you are to card a good score.
