Gatton Manor offers a mature 18 hole woodland course, which was established in the late 1960s. At 6,600 yards the challenging course is home to the PGA Surrey Open Championship 2010 – 2012. Designed by Commander John D Harris no two holes are alike and the Commander has made imaginative use of streams, lakes, and tree-lined fairways with water coming into play on 10 of the holes. This is a course to be respected; a good scorecard can be suddenly ruined if the challenges of each hole are not carefully considered.
