Dorking Golf Club

Although quite a small course in physical size, Dorking has proved to be a massive hit with golfers, its membership currently being somewhere in excess of four hundred. A nine-hole course, it was designed in the early part of the twentieth century by acclaimed designer James Braid. It measures 5120 yards and has a par of 66, although, interestingly, the course record is only a four under par round of 62.

Visitors are always made to feel welcome at the club and are invited along Monday to Friday at the inexpensive cost of £15 for eighteen holes. Corporate packages are also available by prior arrangement, and the club is well suited to cater for such society needs with its excellent bar and restaurant facilities.
