Considering the cost for nine holes at the weekend on this homely little tract is under £10, it's little wonder it is one of the more popular public nine-holers in the area. The greens are particularly good for a public nine-holer and you can tell that it is a well-looked after course. The fairways are wide in parts and allow you to open the shoulders a little but don't get too carried away with your driver - Broadwater Park has a nasty bite to it at times and can wreck you card on a number of holes. While it may not test the skilled golfer, you'll struggle to find a better and more suited course for the golfing beginner. Great fun and even better value for money.
