Branston Golf & Country Club

Built on the banks of the River Trent, Branston has established a fine reputation as a challenging, yet ultimately rewarding eighteen-hole course set on parkland with the beautiful Derbyshire countryside adding aesthetic splendour. Be wary, however, as its appearance belies it deceptively demanding disposition. For example, twelve of the holes feature water hazards, so any poor shots can, and most likely will, be punished, making unflinching concentration vital to scoring well.

Visitors can also make full use of the twenty-bay floodlit driving range to get their swing right before advancing out onto the course, but the club also offers much more besides. Other facilities include an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium with all the mod-cons, a sauna and a steam room amongst other things.
