The Isle of Wedmore Golf Club is one of Somerset's friendliest clubs, a warm welcome is always extended to it members and visitors including societies and corporate visitors. The parkland course has been carefully designed to maintain and enhance the natural enviroment and its location benefits from breathtaking panoramic views of the Mendip Hills, Cheddar Valley, Glastonbury Tor and the Somerset Levels. The course provides a challenge for the experienced golfer, and yet at the same time is gentle enough for the less skilled player.
The club is able to host Society and Corporate days, whether large or small, and will tailor a package to suit your particular requirements. The club's resident professional, Nick Pope, has a well stocked pro shop and is able to offer lessons for individuals and groups both on the course and in an indoor studio.
