Burghill Valley Golf Club

Providing a challenging round of golf against a backdrop of the Welsh mountains is Burghill Valley golf club, a challenging eighteen hole course set upon gently undulating Herefordshire parkland. Meandering through woods, lakes and remarkably even mature cider orchards, it is a course which is easy on both the eye and the legs. Both high and low handicappers will find plenty to challenge them on this course without ever feeling intimidated by it.

The par four sixteenth is one of the most demanding holes on the course. The fairway dog legs to the right to accommodate one of the lakes, and so a good accurate long drive is essential. The approach to the green is then guarded by a bunker in front of it.
