Age has certainly not lessened the appeal of Newark Golf Club, deep in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside. In fact, if anything, it has probably gone a long way to increasing it.

The club first opened in 1901 and so is now well over one-hundred years old, but the course looks as good as new every time you play it such is the dedication of the greenkeeping staff there. There is little better than a well-kept golf course and this certainly fits that bill.

It is fairly long, measuring 6457 yards from the first tee to the eighteenth pin and with more than the odd hazard to take on, it will test you to the full.
