Beeston Fields Golf Club in Nottinghamshire is home to a splendid course, one that is most certainly worth taking the time to tackle as there are plenty of rewards to be had for golfers who are capable of displaying patience, good course management and informed club selection. The game of golf is all about getting it just right, and few places in England are a better example of that than the course here.

Tom Williamson is the golf course architect who conjured up the layout and design of the course, and upon completion, it threw its doors open to golfers in 1923. A fine venue for enjoying a leisurely but taxing round, I'm sure any golfer will agree.
