This eighteen-hole, 6528 parkland course was designed by esteemed golf course architect Harry Vardon and is widely considered to be one of the best locations in the North East to play golf. Despite being only three miles from the city centre, the course has a real country environment about it, enhanced by its well separated fairways and mature plantations.

The facilities at the club are fabulous also, with a clubhouse which offers fine views of the course to digest whilst enjoying a nice meal or drink after your round, as well as two bars, a private dining room which is available on request, a snooker room, and darts and a pool table in the bar area.
