Ruislip is a fantastic example of why municipal golf courses should never be ignored. Great fun, welcoming and certainly memorable, this course, a member of Middlesex Public Golf Courses Ltd, is just the ticket for travelling golfers who are looking for a bit of fun.
Designed by Sandy Heard, Ruislip opened in 1922 and provides a fine example of a parkland course. The course which includes a number of streams and small lakes has deceptively simple flat fairways. A par 68 and a total 5,753 yards, Ruislip is a suitable venue for any golfer.
The course is also home to a thriving golf club that organises a number of events throughout the year.
Ruislip is managed by GCM Hillingdon Ltd on behalf of the London Borough of Hillingdon.
