Many people who visit this area simply do not realise that there is an excellent golf course on their doorstep. Muswell Hill Golf Club, founded in 1893, is less than three quarters of a mile from Muswell Hill Broadway and is therefore easily accessible. The course has been described as a 'hidden gem' - how true! It is 6,438 yards long - not that much shorter than the Old Course, St.Andrews - and comes with a par of 71, including three par fives and four par threes.
The course has an excellent layout and is quite a refreshing round. This fair, challenging course is open to visitors every day. However, you'll need to book in advance.
