Harrow is one of Britain's leading independent schools and one of the very few schools still specialising in providing a high quality boarding school education for teenage boys. The school has roughly 800 pupils, all of which board.

Harrow aims to provide a very high standard of coaching and competition for the best sportsmen while enabling the less gifted to find something they can enjoy. Golf is part of the school's sporting agenda and the on-site golf course, founded in 1978 and designed by the highly respected golf course architect, Donald Steel, is a fantastic layout with a number of subtle surprises.

The school course is nine holes and has a par of 30. It is used by boys throughout the year.
