South Kyme Golf Club first opened to its members in 1990 thanks to the foresight of Mr. Ted Mablethorpe, a local farmer who saw the need for another golf course in Lincolnshire but one which was affordable to the more journeyman golfer.

After many improvements to both the course and the clubhouse in the last ten years or so, 18 holes round this golf course provides a memorable experience for golfers of all abilities.

In 1999 the members bought out Mr. Mablethorpe so the club became a 'members' club'. The friendly atmosphere which was started during those early days has continued to go from strength to strength under the present management committee and director of golf and is now well thought of within the Lincolnshire area.
