Situated 15 miles east of Peterborough is Gedney Hill Golf Club, one of the great surprises of golf in Lincolnshire. The 18 hole golf course has all the necessary requirements for a great day's golf whatever your handicap.
The front nine at Gedney Hill is quite long. The back nine, however, is a littler shorter but very tricky, because of the water hazards and out of bounds. Well kept greens tend to hold the ball well and allow for very quick play. The second hole is a par five at 667-yards - the longest hole in British golf.
