Regent Park Golf Club

Designed by the great James Braid.The municipal course at Regent Park Golf Club first opened to the public in 1932, and remains as popular today as it did over seventy years ago when it first threw unlocked its doors. It is easy to find, located as it is just outside of Bolton, one mile from junction six of the M61. Extremely well kept and maintained, it belies its public course status.

There are plenty of challenges, hazards and obstacles you must overcome on your way to trying to match the par of 70. For example, there are tight fairways, some exceptionally long holes, and tricky approach work to many of the greens, which are well protected by a host of strategically positioned bunkers.
