Opened in the final year of the nineteenth century, golfers fell instantly in love with the course at Ormskirk Golf Club because of its secluded location in the heart of the beautiful Lancashire countryside, and the wonderful golfing experience it offered. Today, golfers are still attracted to this fine course, laid out on luscious, luxurious parkland just two miles from the quaint little town of Ormskirk.

It is a relatively flat, easy walking course with some extremely tight fairways so accuracy is absolutely essential in order for you to score well here. It spans just under 6500 yards from the tee on the first to the pin on the eighteenth and is a fair test of golf all in all.
