The course is constructed on 120 acres of well-draining undulating parkland course, the higher part boasting outstanding views of the River Medway and Thames Estuary. There are some very interesting holes to play to create a very exciting round of golf from the long rolling 4th to the well laid out 14th, which finishes over the lake in front of the green.
