Whatever you think of the yardage and whatever you think of what lies ahead of you on the first tee, make no mistake - Sheerness is a tough test of golf to even the most gifted of player. Even the 18th hole, with a stroke index of 18, could leave you in tears!

The course has matured and a variety of new challenges have added to the degree of difficulty. One aspect at Sheerness which will do more to ruin your card is the wind. It, seemingly, never lets up and can play havoc with your club selection on more than a few occasions.
