Chislehurst golf course is a short, pleasent wooded parkland course where accuracy is essential. It offers a good test of golf, a wonderful clubhouse and plenty of history. The club's most distinctive feature is it's magnificent clubhouse, Camden Place, which was built around 1717 and was for a while during the 1870's the home of Napoleon III, Empress Eugenie and their son the Prince Imperial.
The clubhouse is an extremely elegant building creating a special atmosphere for golfing and social functions of which there are many throughout the year. The course is a good challenge for both low and high handicap golfers and possesses a charm quite distinctively its own. GREEN FEE KEY: £1-£15=£ £16-£30 = ££ £31-£50 = £££ £50+ =££££ |
