Bearsted Golf Club

Bearsted Golf Club has undergone massive rennovations in the last couple of years. The courser has been built to USPGA specifications and boasts new greens. The course is a real challenge, requiring accurate tee shots and it is well known amongst the locals as being fairly hard on golfers who slice the ball - there's trouble on the right on nearly every hole!

Interestingly, Bearsted Golf Club was the first full length 18 hole golf club in the United Kingdom to start and finish with a par three.

The first is particularly daunting off the medal tee. Slice it and you're in trouble, get on the wrong side of the green, and you're facing a nasty, opening three putt.
