Rowany Golf Club

Due to celebrate its 110th birthday next year, Rowany golf club offers a well maintained, eighteen hole, heathland course with excellent views over the Irish Sea. Its newly installed irrigation system also makes for greater playability, allowing the course to open virtually all year round without needing to rely on artificial tees or greens.

Whilst many of those who have played there claim that the 7th and 12th holes, both par 4s, are the most challenging, there is a considerable weight to the argument that the 10th poses the biggest challenge, cutting through rough and gorse. Whether you are a high or a low handicapper, you will certainly find this a most challenging and enjoyable round of golf.
