A challenge to golfers irrespective of ability or handicap, Mount Murray golf club offers a course set in the beautiful Manx countryside which offers panoramic views across the Isle of Man. The meticulously maintained greens, lakes and streams are just some of the attractive features of the course, although the water, as well as the hedging which borders many of the fairways, is always a danger to stray shots.
A Championship length course - measuring over 6400 yards - it features a large variety of holes, one of the favourites amongst golfers being the 18th. A large par 5 at 534 yards, it demands an accurate and powerful tee shot to carry over a lake towards an elevated tee right in front of the clubhouse.
