Romsey Golf Club

Situated less than a mile from Southampton town centre, the superb course at Romsey Golf Club is well able to stake a claim for being the oldest in the Hampshire region, having opened its doors for the first time in 1900 - so it is now in its 105th year dazzling club golfers from all across the country. It was designed by Charles Lawrie and benefits from a spectacular location on some truly fine undulating part-wooded parkland, with marvellous panoramic views to be had from all around.

It measures only 5856 yards mercifully as it is quite heavy on the legs, but the rewards are there to be had if you are willing to give it a shot.
