Hanover Golf Club sounds from its name it should be in Germany. However, the golfing fraternity of Essex will be able to tell you otherwise as it is located in the small town of Raleigh, where it has stood since it opened in 1991.
Fourteen years on, and it has matured and developed brilliantly into the fine challenging course it is today, with challenges aplenty for you to get your teeth stuck right into. It may be a short little number, but it is still a good place for you to practice and hone your skills before graduating onto the larger, championship standard courses. Designer Reg Plumbridge can be exceptionally happy with his efforts in designing this eighteen-hole little gem. GREEN FEE KEY: £1-£15=£ £16-£30 = ££ £31-£50 = £££ £50+ =££££ |
