Tapton Park Golf Club

Municipal golf courses are often looked down on as being inferior to their big and more proper cousins. A fairly harsh judgement I'm sure you will all agree and especially so when you consider the course at Tapton Park Golf Club. Although a public pay-and-play, this 'muni' could certainly upstage any of the other courses in the Derbyshire region as it is exceptionally well looked after and maintained by the tireless efforts of the groundstaff and features a whole array of hazards and tests on each of the unique holes.

It is certainly a course to be enjoyed, and definitely not underestimated as the penalties for that are severe - after all, who wants a blemished scorecard at the end of their round?
